Deltona Regional Branch, in Deltona, Florida, is one of the 13 branch libraries of the Volusia County Public Library (VCPL) system in central Florida. The remodeled 50,000 square feet library complex houses the library, a lounge, and the county’s Lyonia Environmental Center. Adjacent to the building is a 1,000 seat amphitheater and Lyonia Preserve, a 360-acre scrub habitat that is home to protected species such as Florida scrub jays and gopher tortoises. Deltona is the most populous of all cities located in Volusia County, with approximately 30% of the population being Hispanic.
