We are a small, rural library that serves a population of approximately 3,600 people. Our community is composed of many farmers and is predominately Caucasian. We have a small population of Native American, Hispanic, and African American community members. We have one full-time director and one part-time library assistant. We have access to limited funding via our town and are located in one of the poorer areas of Vermont.
