Kent Memorial Library has been serving the residents of Suffield since 1899. Located 15 minutes north of Hartford, Connecticut, it is situated in the scenic Connecticut River Valley. It serves a community of about 16,000. The current library building, built in 1972, is being renovated. Warren Platner, a well-known architect and interior designer, designed the building. Despite relocating to a space only 15% the size of the library during the renovation, the library has continues to plan interesting and fun programs for all ages.
